Shipping & Returns
I always aim to provide you with your beautiful, hand poured products as quickly as possible and strive to provide first class customer service.
My customers are hugely important to me so in the unlikely event that an issue arises, I will aim to resolve it as quickly and effectively as possible.
Most products are held in stock, so if this is the case with your item then I will aim to ship out the very next working day! However all scented items on the website are handmade and poured by myself, so I ask all customers to please allow up to 3-5 working days during busy periods. Once dispatched then standard shipping times apply.
I hope you will be delighted with your candles & home fragrance, but in the unlikely event you are unhappy with a product, I will be happy to refund the cost of your item, provided it is returned in perfect condition and within 14 days of receipt of order. In this instance I would strongly advise postage to include a signed for and tracking option as I will be unable to action a refund should the parcel fail to arrive. Once the item has been received, your refund will be issued within 2-3 working days. Unfortunately I cannot cover the cost of any return shipping charges, unless your item is faulty.
Please note that personalised goods are made to order one off items and as such are non-refundable - unless faulty.
